Lifetime Warranty Policy

  • Besides our dedication to product quality, we care deeply about the experience and feelings of our customers.
  • As a customer-oriented brand, we provide an 18-month Warranty for the products purchased from our store.
  • To extend the Warranty for your purchases, you need to have a registration for an extended LIFE-TIME Warranty with some basic information.

Warranty Coverage

  • TESMAX's warranty is strictly limited to products from Amazon Seller 'TESMAX','TESMAXStore', and 'TESMAXDirect', and no other sellers/ distributors are authorized to sell our products on Amazon or other sales platforms.
  • We cannot guarantee products sold by other channels are genuine, therefore we reserve our right to refuse to provide customer service and warranty for orders made from other sales platforms other than our authorized sellers on Amazon.

Refund & Replacements & Exchanges

If you are still not satisfied with the item you purchased, you are welcome to return the item to get a refund or a replacement. You can contact support@tesmax.com for more help with the return refund or exchange.

  • The return refund and exchange are only available within 30 days of the item's delivery date.
  • The exchange replacement is only available on the condition that you received the item and can not work fine. You don't need to return the item, we will send you the replacement for free.
